Order Processing and Delivery Times

Our team will process orders promptly, ensuring that the goods are delivered on time.
Delivery times for goods in stock are 2-3 working days for Italy and 5-7 working days for the rest of Europe.
For shipments outside Europe, delivery times vary according to product and country.
Longer delivery times are specified in the product sheet.

Pick-up at our premises

We offer the possibility to personally pick up orders at our premises, at no extra charge for the order.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers, whether private individuals or VAT holders, have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason whatsoever. In case of non-conformity of the goods, the withdrawal period is extended to 30 days. The withdrawal request must be communicated by email within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Warranty and Service

All our products are covered by warranty. In the event of defects or faults, you can request repair, replacement or reimbursement within the established warranty period.
