Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

1. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods, whether by private individuals or VAT holders, or within 30 days in the case of non-conformity of the goods.
2. The request for withdrawal must be made by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
   • The product must be returned in its entirety, with no missing parts.
   • The shipping costs will be retained by the seller if the withdrawal is due to the customer's reconsideration and not to problems with the product.
   • Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, who is also responsible for verifying delivery.
   • Incidental costs (e.g. cost of cash on delivery or gift wrapping) will not be reimbursed.
   • It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for customised, modified or specially created products (e.g. products marked with the "Made in Italy" symbol or products with a delivery time of 40-60 days). In the event of problems, the seller will restore the product at its own expense, without right of withdrawal for the customer, only for customised products.

Seller's warranty and liability:

1. The seller guarantees the accuracy of the information on the product sheets, but differences from what is described may occur.
2. The seller is liable for incorrect or missing information relevant for the use of the product, granting the right of withdrawal to the customer.
3. Non-essential details (e.g. weight of a calisthenics frame) may not be used as a pretext for withdrawal or to claim partial refunds.
4. Made in Italy products are marked 'Made in Italy'. All other products come from European or non-European imports.

Refund:

1. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of goods, any delays are tolerated.
2. Incidental costs (e.g. cash on delivery or gift wrapping) will not be reimbursed.

Product guarantee:

1. The seller acknowledges a minimum 24-month warranty for conformity defects on products. In order to use it, the customer must keep the purchase receipt.
2. Many products offer a warranty of more than 24 months or lifetime on the breakage of steel parts or welds due to manufacturing defects. This is specified in the product data sheet.
3. The 24-month guarantee is valid for end consumers who do not use the product for their own business. For companies or associations, the guarantee is 12 months.
4. In case of conformity defects, the seller will cover all costs for repair or replacement of the product. If no problem is found, the customer shall reimburse the costs incurred by the seller.
5. The seller may claim payment of the costs incurred for non-detected non-conformities in any form, including depreciation of the value of the goods.
6. The seller shall not be liable for any delays in the replacement of goods.
