With an overall length of 150 cm and a weight of between 15 and 20 kg depending on the model, the Farmers Walk Strongman can support a maximum load of 400 kg, making it suitable for both professional and home gym use. In addition, two spring-loaded disc retainers are included to allow you to change weights quickly and safely.

Note: Please note that the actual diameter may have a downward tolerance of approximately 1 millimetre. This feature ensures optimal insertion of the discs with the corresponding hole.
