Each handle has a total length of 150 cm with a 25 cmhandle and a 30 mm diameter, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip during training. Note: Please note that the actual diameter may have a downward tolerance of approximately 1 millimetre. This feature ensures optimal insertion of the discs with the corresponding hole.
